Omprakash Chitlange has over four decades of rich experience and expertise in strategy, finance, operations, marketing, etc. Mr. Chitlange joined the group in 1984. Mentored by late Shri B.K. Birla and Smt. Sarla Birla, he represents the best of vintage professional leadership in the extended Birla Group of Businesses. A Chartered Accountant who joined Century Textiles and Industries Limited in 1984 and was in-charge of the Finance Department. Subsequently, he worked in various functions and rose to the level of Business Head of Century Rayon in 2008. Under his leadership Century Rayon has won many awards and accolades. His rich and varied experience of 36 Years is spread across Century Textiles in functions like shipping, Forex & treasury and mutual fund. He was a Managing Director of Century Enka and Business Head of Century Rayon. In new role, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Fashion Yarn business.

Birla College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Kalyan (Autonomous) and B.K. Birla Public School, Kalyan (CBSE affiliated), that is amongst the top 10 CBSE Schools in Mumbai.
Vinay Jain is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management with 30 years’ experience and has been with the Aditya Birla Group since 1999. He has worked in India, Egypt and Thailand. In his last assignment in 2018, he joined the Global Chemicals, Agri-business, Insulators and Fashion Yarn sector as Chief Financial Officer for Aditya Birla Chemicals Thailand Ltd. He has been a recipient of the Chairman’s Awards as value leader and Exceptional Contributor.
Shailendra Pandey joined the Aditya Birla Group in 2010, as Function-Head Marketing for VFY Business. He has also been a recipient of Chairman’s Award as Exceptional Contributor in 2015. Prior to joining the Group, he has worked with Indorama Synthetics, Sunflag (Thailand) Ltd, Padmatex Engineering Ltd. and Lohiya Machinery Manufacturers Ltd. He has a master’s degree in marketing management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
Shailendra Pandey has an overall experience of 32 years across different organizations in India & abroad mainly in Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Planning and Customer Centric Marketing initiatives. His association for the past 10 years at Grasim Industries Limited (Unit: Indian Rayon) as the Chief Marketing Officer has witnessed many successful initiatives like CRM, B2B2C branding, Mission Happiness, building of downstream value chain ecosystem through business development, new approaches to customer and consumer segmentation and synergistic collaboration with a very recent business inclusion. Mr. Pandey is a Member of AMFII (Manmade Fibre Industry India).
Shashank Pareek joined the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) in 1997 and has a rich experience through his varied exposure in different businesses starting from Iron Foundry, Noble Ferro Alloys, Iron Ore Mining, Viscose Filament Yarn and Chlor-Alkali. Prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group, he has worked for Keru Machines, a power loom manufacturer and Natco Polyplast, a HDPE Containers manufacturer. Mr. Pareek has successfully handled IPO and Right Issues for Manufacturing and NBFC, have set up processes for supply chain in iron ore mining and been instrumental in relocation of a plant from Germany to India for Indian Rayon and has contributed through his work on formula linked long term contracts. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, Shashank Pareek has been ably handling the Chlor-Alkali operation in Ganjam, Orissa, India in his prior role.
Mr. Apurva Gupta has over 38 Years of experience including two years of steering World Bank (IFC) funded Project for Textiles in Eastern Europe. He has been with the B K Birla Group for 11 years now. Mr. Apurva Gupta is a B.Tech – Chemical Engineering of the 1981 batch and has completed Advance Strategic Quality Management Certification from JUSE, Tokyo. At the fashion yarn business, he is credited for introducing and commercializing several “new products”, making the Kalyan facility one of the finest in average denier producer in PSY stream and achieving quality and other performance ratios with most economic pulp. He is reckoned for his technical expertise in the VFY industry. Mr. Gupta is an intent reader and a focused fitness freak.
Mr. Digvijay Pandey is a mechanical engineer with a rich experience of nearly three decades in the Aditya Birla Group & has core expertise in the field of VFY. He is a home grown talent, having grown organically at the VFY Veraval unit - from being a Maintenance & Project manager in 1995, going on to becoming an Operations Manager in 2007 & later became an Engineering Head in 2014. Mr. Pandey then took up & headed an entirely new role as Project Head-Chlor Alkali in the Aditya Birla Chemicals, Rehla manufacturing unit from Mar 2019 – Oct 2020. His journey soon saw him leading as the Unit Head of the Aditya Birla Chemicals, Ganjam manufacturing unit from Oct 2020 – Jan 2023. Mr. Pandey also completed his MBA from U 21global Singapore (2005-07), through the Accelerated Learning program. He has currently taken up the new mantle of Unit Head, Kalyan Manufacturing Unit & is a very hands-on leader who is also an active advocate of lifelong learning.
He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control) from Government College of Engineering, Pune and Masters in Management Studies in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
He is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with over Twenty-six years of experience across FMCG, Specialty Chemicals, telecommunications and banking.
Yogesh joined CFI in 2020 and also had a stint with Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Ltd. Prior to joining Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited he was associated with Idea Cellular Limited for 16 years. In his previous stints, Yogesh has worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Heinz India Limited and Chemtex Engineering India Limited.
Presently he is responsible for higher growth in revenue of VFY products and Chemicals by driving sales, optimum capacity utilization, managing customer relationships, talent and performance management, and cost optimization strategies..
